These Terms & Conditions govern the use of https://fravashialumni.com and participation in events organized by FRAVASHI ACADEMY ALUMNI ASSOCIATION, a Section 8 Company.
By registering for an event or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms.
1. Purpose
The website supports alumni communication, event participation, and community engagement.
2. Eligibility
Event registrations are open to alumni and authorized participants.
3. Communication Consent
By registering, you agree to receive event-related communications via Email/WhatsApp/SMS.
4. Payments
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store payment credentials.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are provided only for:
- Duplicate payments
- Event cancellations made by the Association
No refund is provided for personal scheduling issues or non-attendance.
Refunds for duplicate payments will be processed within 15–30 business days after verification.
6. Event Conduct
Participants must behave respectfully. The Association may deny entry if necessary.
7. Liability
We are not responsible for losses relating to travel, technical issues, or external service failures.
8. Event or Website Changes
We may modify or cancel events if required. Notifications will be given when possible.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes fall under courts in Nashik, Maharashtra.
